Cabot S.P.F™-1 Cleaner & Conditioner is a special blend of surface preparation ingredients formulated to remove dirt, mildew stains and loose wood fibres from surfaces to be treated with Cabot S-P-F Deck and Fence Finishes. This pre-treatment helps to thoroughly prepare wood surfaces before staining. In addition, the unique characteristics of Cabot S-P-F 1 acts to open wood pores for maximum performance of S-P-F Finishes by using moisture as a vehicle to assist in penetration and uniformity of finish.

Coverage:
On smooth surfaces approximately 18.5 - 37 square metres per 3.79 litre can. These rates will vary depending upon the porosity of the surface.
